Heat oil in a pan .add cumin seeds , when it crackles add hing , chopped onion roast until becomes translucent . Now add all veggies and spices .Mix well. Cover with lid and cook until veggies get soft . Add boiled potatoes . Sautefor 2 minutes .Mash all ingredients well and set for filling .Keep aside.
Take bread slices and cut the edges with knife and make bread crumbs .
Mix flour and make soft dough with required water .
Take small portion of the dough and make small balls .Fllaten the ball and put some stuffing and roll it lightly with your greased hands. Make it in kachori shape .
Heat the oil in a pan or kadhahi . Deep fry on medium heat until golden brown .( you can shallow fry these )Take them out on absorbent paper .Serve with green chutney and tomato sauce.
