5-6 brown/ white bread slices
2 tbsp all purpose flour 1 grated carrot 1/2 capsicum chopped 1 small onion chopped 1/4 cup boiled peas 1 boiled and mashed potato 1/2 tsp jeera powder 1/2 . coriander powder 1/2 tsp garam masala powder 1/2 tsp red chilli powder 1 tsp chaat masala or lemon juice pinch hing chopped coriander leaves salt to taste
Heat oil in a pan .add cumin seeds , when it crackles add hing , chopped onion roast until becomes translucent . Now add all veggies and spices .Mix well. Cover with lid and cook until veggies get soft . Add boiled potatoes . Sautefor 2 minutes .Mash all ingredients well and set for filling .Keep aside.
Take bread slices and cut the edges with knife and make bread crumbs .
Mix flour and make soft dough with required water .
Take small portion of the dough and make small balls .Fllaten the ball and put some stuffing and roll it lightly with your greased hands. Make it in kachori shape .
Heat the oil in a pan or kadhahi . Deep fry on medium heat until golden brown .( you can shallow fry these )Take them out on absorbent paper .Serve with green chutney and tomato sauce.
