In a mixing bowl add besan,salt,sugar, haldi powder, green chilli, gingergarlic paste, lime juice, gradually add water and whisk in a single direction for 4to 5 mins.Add eno and mix well
Grease pan with oil and pour prepared batter then tab on working table 2-3 times
In boiling water place steam rack and prepared batter pan, cover and steam cook on medium flame for 25mins. Dokla is ready Turn off the flame and let it rest for 5mins then remove pan from steam rack
For tadka:Take a pan add oil, zeera, rai, curry leaves, green chilli and mix well.Now invert the dhokla in a plate and Remove the pan
Pour tadka evenly on the dhokla
Cut dhokla into square pieces and serve,
