Ingredients
Serves 4
1 cup roasted rava
2 cup pomegranate juice
2 cup sugar or 1 and 1l2 cup sugar
3 to 4 spoon ghee
2 spoon cashews and raisins
1l2 t spoon cardamom powder
2 spoon oil
Directions
Keep a pan pour oil, ghee add cashews once it turns to golden ,add raisins and cardamom powder
Now add pomegranate juice and add roasted rava and stir continuously to avoid lumps
Keep in low flame and stir nicely once water is observed add sugar and mix well
Once sugar melts switch off and close the lid and leave for 3 minutes
Serve hot..if u want u can add more ghee
