  • 40gms grated cheese

  • 1big capsicum slices

  • 1big onion slices

  • 1 big tomato slices

  • 1/2tsp salt

  • 1/2tsp butter

  • 1cup green chutney

  • 1tsp tomato sauce

  • Butter 2cubes

  • For samosa..1cup maida

  • 1cup mashed alloo

  • 1/2tsp turmeric powder

  • 1 tsp cumin,mustard seeds

  • 1tsp chilli paste

  • 2tsp oil

  • 1cup coriander


  • Heat a cadai pour oil add cumin,mustard seeds
  • Add onion keep statue
  • Then add chilli paste,salt,turmeric
  • Add smashed aloo mix up well add coriander mix nicely stiff is ready
  • Take a bowl put maida add salt pour water to make kneaded dough
  • Take hand fullamount make a role cut by half piece fold as cone shape fill up alloo stuff close it then leave into oil fri well
  • Once samosa is ready keep a side
  • Take each bread slice remove side brown
  • Apply green chutney and tomato sauce on each slice then place samosa add grated cheese
  • Place onion,tomato,cucumber slices
  • Again repeat combination
  • Once sandwich is complete done then cut by half ready to serve
