Ingredients

  • Quino 3/4 cup soaked in hot water for 15 mins


  • Oats 2 tbsp


  • Oil 2 tbsp


  • Curry leaves 10 nos


  • Green chilli 1 nos chopped Tomato 1 no chopped


  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp


  • Urad dal 1 tsp


  • Bengal gram 1 tsp


  • Asafoeotida 1 pinch


  • Water 2 cups Salt to taste 1 tsp Sugar 1 tsp Paneer 5 cubes


  • For curry creamy sauce wheat flour 1 tbsp


  • Carrot 1 cut into cubes blanch


  • Broccoli 4 florets blanch


  • Beans chopped 1/4 cup


  • Cauliflower 2 florets blanch


  • Curry powder 1 tbsp


  • Salt to taste 1 tsp


  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp


  • Milk 1 cup


  • Butter 1 tbsp


  • For poach egg 4 nos


  • Salt to taste 1 pinch


  • Cherry tomatoes 6 nos fried with out oil


  • Coriander leaves 1 tbsp


  • Chopped garlic 3 nos

Directions

  • Heat oil in a kadai add mustard seeds , urad dal , bengal gram dal, Asafoetida, curry leaves , chopped chilli , chopped ginger cook for one minute, then add tomato again cook for 1 min. Pour hot water in it , then add salt , sugar to taste then add soaked quinoa and oats in it , cover and cook for 6 mins ,then add paneer and ghee stir it ,when it's cook well and becomes upma like thick, then sprinkle some coriander leaves

  • cook for 1 min , then add wheat flour again cook for 1 min, add all blanched veggies , beans, salt to taste , pepper , curry powder and milk in it ,
