Ingredients

  • 1 bowl chana daal crushed


  • 1 tbsp ginger green chillies paste


  • 1 bowl knead flour 1 tbsp salt 1/2 tbsp heeng for potatoes_ 4 tomato puree 3_4 green chillies 1 tbsp salt 1 tbsp kasuri methi 1 tbsp red chilli

Directions

  • Soak chana daal 3_4 hrs.now grind daal by adding ginger green chillies
  • Add salt red chilli in paste and keep aside
  • Now take a ball of flour fill the mixture and roll very small
  • Now deep fry it..
  • For potatoes_ add cumin seeds heeng now add tomato puree
  • Add salt red chilli kasuri methi stir fry now add potatoes and add water
  • Take vissel.
  • Ready to eat Rajasthani kacchori with alloo
