Boil the Potatoes
Once done, peel off the skin and mash the potato.
Now take oil in kadai, put mustard seeds, meethi dane.
Grind ginger and green chillies, add the same in oil followed by kadi patta, hara dhaniya, and haldi.
Once it is cooked properly, put potato and salt.
Fry it property in low flame until the incredents are mixed witth Potatoes
Allo masala is prepared now.
For deep frying the wada, take besan with Turmeric Powder and salt. Micture misture well and dip the wada making small rounds .
Put the wada in oil and make in low flame.
Our chatpata wada is ready.
