Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 1cup rice ravva


  • 2tsp oil


  • 1tsp cumin seeds


  • 1tsp mustard seeds


  • 1tsp chilli pieces


  • 1strand of curry leaves


  • 1tsp ginger pieces


  • 1tsp urad dal


  • 1tsp salt


  • For chutney..2tomatoes


  • 3greenchilli


  • 4garlic cloves


  • 1cup grated coconut


  • 1cup roasted peanuts

Directions

  • For dumplings..heat a cafai pour oil
  • Add urad dal,cumin , mustard seeds when tadaka splutter add chilli,ginger,curry leaves fri well
  • Pour water 1cup :2cups of water
  • Keep boil water add salt while water get bubbling add ravva slowly
  • Keep mix up while ravva absorbs water
  • Keep aside for chill
  • Once its chillied take hand full of dough apply oil on hands make as round shape place all dumplings on a plate
  • Put the plate on steamer it should be steam at 15mins
  • For chutney...heat a cadai pour oil add tomato peices,chilli pieces on it add salt for soften
  • Once tomato should soft transfer to blender add salt,garlic,roasted peanuts make paste
  • Then take another blender put coconut,roasted peanuts,chillies ,salt pour water to make paste
  • Take a plate put steamed pundi dumplings,with tomato chutney,coconut chutney
