  • 1cup rice ravva

  • 2tsp oil

  • 1tsp cumin seeds

  • 1tsp mustard seeds

  • 1tsp chilli pieces

  • 1strand of curry leaves

  • 1tsp ginger pieces

  • 1tsp urad dal

  • 1tsp salt

  • For chutney..2tomatoes

  • 3greenchilli

  • 4garlic cloves

  • 1cup grated coconut

  • 1cup roasted peanuts

    For dumplings..heat a cafai pour oil

    Add urad dal,cumin , mustard seeds when tadaka splutter add chilli,ginger,curry leaves fri well

    Pour water 1cup :2cups of water

    Keep boil water add salt while water get bubbling add ravva slowly

    Keep mix up while ravva absorbs water

    Keep aside for chill

    Once its chillied take hand full of dough apply oil on hands make as round shape place all dumplings on a plate

    Put the plate on steamer it should be steam at 15mins

    For chutney...heat a cadai pour oil add tomato peices,chilli pieces on it add salt for soften

    Once tomato should soft transfer to blender add salt,garlic,roasted peanuts make paste

    Then take another blender put coconut,roasted peanuts,chillies ,salt pour water to make paste

    Take a plate put steamed pundi dumplings,with tomato chutney,coconut chutney
