Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 2 cups whole wheat flour


  • 4 tbsp brown sugar


  • 1 tbsp cinnamon pwdr


  • 2 tbsp butter


  • 1 tsp yeast


  • 1/2cup Pumpkin puree


  • 5 Kiri Cheese cubes


  • Water 1 cup


  • Milk 2 tbsp

Directions

  • Take the flour, brown sugar, cinnamon pwdr butter and yeast
  • Mix the dry ingredients
  • Grind the pumpkin to make a puree.
  • Add the pumpkin puree to the dry ingredients
  • Using water make a dough
  • Add water as much as is needed to make a stiff dough
  • Knead the dough well
  • Oil the dough, cover and let it rise
  • After 30 mins the dough might have doubled. punch the dough and divide it in to 5 to 6 balls
  • Stuff 1 cheese cubes in each ball
  • Now as shown in the figure,using a string give shape of a pumpkin
  • Let the buns rise again rise for 10 mins Brush the buns with Milk wash
  • Preheate the oven to 180 D c and bake the buns
  • Bake for 25 mins or till the tops are golden
  • Serve as it it
