1 teaspoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 pinch of black pepper powder
1 teaspoon garam masala
1 teaspoon kasoori methi
1 teaspoon curry leaves
1 teaspoon shahi paneer masala
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup milk
1 cup water
1 tablespoons ginger garlic grated
4 teaspoon sugar or jaggery powder
Directions
Take a microwaveable bowl and add butter cumin seeds ginger garlic salt onion tomatoes green chili turmeric cumin powder coriander powder shahi paneer masala black pepper powder cardamom cloves cashews fennel seeds
Now set at 6 minute in microwave
Check every after 3 minutes and wait until everything get softened
We can set for 2 to 3 minutes to stir properly
Now blend whole mixture like a paste and start straining it gently
Now in a pan at low flame put one teaspoon oil and add left spices
Simmer for less than half minute and add gravy
Add milk and diced paneer
Just take quick boil and turn the gas off
