In a bowl.take.idly batter add salt, water and adjust its consistency
As this is not dosa batter, dosa will be thick in size and they can't be spread on pan easily
Now heat pan and add oil on the pan
Now add 2 big tablespoons of idly batter and spread slowly on the pan
Add oil to sides and cover with a lid
As dosa is thick it should be cooked inside well
After 5min one side of dosa is roasted then turn to other side and roast well
After 5min dosa is ready with idl ugh batter
In olden days this dosa is made in special brass vessel which tastes well
For dip
In a bowl add curd and add maagaya that is andhra pickle and mix well together
Serve this dosa with pickle and enjoy
