  • 1 1/2cup raw rice

  • 3/4cup pigeon pea (tuar dal)

  • 100 GM paneer grated

  • 1 onion chopped

  • 2 green chili

  • Chili flakes ,oregano 1 tsp

  • Green coriander 2 tbsp

  • Salt 2 tsp

  • Black paper 1 tsp

  • Eno 1 sachet

    Wash n soak rice n dal sepreatly for 3 to 4 hours.. Drain water n combine dal n rice add mint leaves n blend it in a mixer using 1 Cup of water to make pour consistency thik .keep side

    Take a bowl n add paneer ,onion, Green chili, salt, black pepper, Chili flakes oregano,green chili ,n mix it well

    Heat a non stick tava n grees it. Add eno salt in a rice better n pour 1 big spoon on tava and spread it circular motion. Cook it medium f lame Till golden brown .fill paneer mixture in mid n fold make a roll.. Cute into pieces n insert toothpick..

    Arrange chila in a plate n serve hot with catch-up. Thanku
