Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 katori green mong dal yellow dal and chana dal combining three


  • 1 Judi palak


  • 2 hari mirch


  • 4 cloves of garlic


  • 1 inch adrak


  • 2 tbsp corflour


  • 1 tsp Salt as per need


  • 1/2 tsp caster sugar


  • 1 tbsp vinegar


  • 1 cup or Water as needed


  • for garnishing 1 tbspn Green moong


  • 1 small tomato


  • 1 onion chopped


  • 1 cheese grated


  • 1 tsp mayonise


  • 1 bunch Hara dhaniya

Directions

  • First wash and soak combining dal overnight
  • Then in a grinder add dal and all ingredients in it and make a thick paste
  • Taste salt
  • Then pre heat waffle maker
  • Then apply butter with brush
  • Then pour batter on it
  • And make in level
  • Then bake in it around 10 min on medium then turn and again bake for 2 mins
  • Like this it looks then garnish as per ur required ingredients moong cheese tomato sauce and mayonnise
  • Add cheese lemon for better serving..
