Sift together all the dry ingredients.
Combine all the wet ingredients together.
Mix the dry ingredients with wet in 3 parts stirring after each addition.
Let the mixture sit for 3-4 minutes.
Transfer the batter to microwave safe muffin moulds. Fill them halfway through the mould.
Microwave on high power for 1:30 seconds.
Remove from microwave, cool them a bit and unmould. Serve with dollop of honey or whipped cream.
