Beat the butter and sugar till the become homogenous.Add vanilla essence and mix well. Add in the flour and mix again.
Knead the mixture with hands and make a dough.
Take the dough and roll it on a butter paper or a foil. Cut shapes with round cookie cutter.
Take the dough and make small balls as eyes and stick them firmly on the cookies. Make nose with slivered almonds. Make zigzag impressions with a knife on the sides as wings. Insert choco chips into the small roundels to give impression of eye.
Cook in a preheated oven for 10 minutes at 280 degrees. Let cool. Your butter cookies are ready. Serve with tea or coffee or milk.
