Mix the flour besan and suji
Add all ingredients except ghee
Add 2 tbsp of ghee and mash the dough to a crumbly texture.
Add some water and knead a tight dough
Pinch a ball sized portion from the dough and stuff some ghee in the middle and roll over into a ball
Preheat the oven at 180 degrees . Place the baati on low rack and bake for 15 minutes
Place the baatis on high rack and grill for 5 minutes
Serve with dal
