for tomato sauce
take microwave safe bowl.
add tomatoes, onions and garlic in it. cook it for 2 minuets on high power in microwave.
now add tomato sauce, salt and chilli powder in it and again cook it for a minute on high power
cool down and make a purée of it.
in another microwave safe bowl; add chopped carrot, onion, cauliflower and garlic. cook it for 1 minuet on high power.
now add pizza seasoning, oregano, chilli flakes and salt in to the bowl.
mix it properly and micro for a minute.
add tomato purée,soaked rice,boiled white beans; mix it and micro for 10 minutes on high power mode.
now add capsicum and micro for another 10 minutes on high mode
now take out the bowl and let it be cool.
now beans rice is ready.
for coconut gravy
take bowl, add carrot, green squash, broccoli, green French beans, tomato, onion and baby corn.
now add garlic powder, onion power, pepper, salts and mixed herbs.
now micro for 2 minutes on high power mode.
now add coconut milk and cook for 3 minutes on high power.
add 2 cheese slice and mix it
now again micro for 2 minutes.
mix it properly and garnish with basil leaves.
mix it and serve it with beans rice
