"Eggless FreshFruit Cake"

Serves 6

  • Maida 1 cup

  • Oil 1 cup (use standard cup)

  • Milk 1/2 cup

  • Powdered Sugar 1/2 cup

  • Everyday milk powder 1/2 cup

  • Baking powder 1teaspoon

  • Baking soda 1/2teaspoon

  • Few drops of kewra essence, approximately 1/4teaspoon

  • Coca-Cola syrup just to wet the cake layers, 3 tablespoons in each layer

  • Fresh fruits any of ur choice 1/2 bowl

  • Chocolate slices 6 pcs

    Beat oil and sugar.

    Add milk powder to it and again beat well.

  • 03

    Sieve maida, baking powder and baking soda all together.

    Put this maida mixture in it.

    Add milk with few drops of kewra essence this time to make a free flowing consistently.

    pour the mixture in greeced aluminium cake tin and keep in preheated oven at 180 degree for 35-40min. (first preheat for 10minutes and then place the cake tin inside set the temperature 40minutes)

    Temperature may differ because of it's ltr capacity model of microwave, everyone have a different model,so be careful.

    when the cake is fully cooled, divide the cake using knife in three layers.

    Put Coca-Cola syrup and then put whipped cream, repeat the process and after giving a final touch of icing decorate with fresh fruits and chocolate slices, cut and serve.
