Heat milk in a vessel.
When it starts boiling add the vinegar in it and allow the milk to curdle.
Switch off the flame and and strain the chhena from the water and don't throw the water.
Mash the chhena with your hand and add the remaining ingredients in it and mash them well.
Grease a cake tin with ghee and butter paper and pour the prepared chhena mixture in it.
Bake it for 15-20 minutes in 160 degree Celsius in a preheated microwave oven.
After that check it with the help of a toothpick and if it comes out clearly then it is perfectly baked.
Now your Chhenapoda is ready.
After cooling down demould it from the tin and cut into pieces and serve.
