Ingredients

Serves 5

  • 500 g strong white flour

  • 10g sea salt

  • 10g fresh yeast

  • 300ml Water

  • 2 sp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp black olives

  • 1-1 tbsp red n yellow capsicum

  • 5g Black Pepper ( a pinch)

  • 1/2 cup milk

Directions

    Into the bowl

    Mix flour,yeast,salt n water together

  • 03

    Make a soft dough

  • 04

    Add 2 sp of olive oil n kneat the dough

  • 05

    Keep a side for 15 minutes

  • 06

    After 15 minutes kneat the dough again

  • 07

    Then again keep it for 15 minutes

    After 15 minutes kneet the dough 2nd time

  • 09

    Keep a side for 1/2 an hour

    Take a baking tin n grease

    Pre heat the oven for 7 to 10 minutes

    Into the greased tin set the dough

  • 13

    With the help of the brush . Brush the milk evenly ove the dough

    Sprinkle chopped black olives

  • 15

    N sliced capsium all over.

  • 16

    Bake it for 40 to 45 minutes at 180 to 190 degrees.
