Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 500 gram chicken


  • 1 cup hung curd


  • 2 spoon cournflour


  • 2 spoon oil


  • 1 spoon ginger paste


  • 1 spoon garlic paste


  • 1 spoon kasuri methi


  • 1/2 spoon cumin powder


  • 1 spoon coriander powder


  • 1 spoon red chilli powder


  • 1/2 spoon turmeric


  • 1/2 dry mango powder


  • 2 spoon tandoori masala


  • 1 spoon salt or as per taste


  • 1 spoon chopped coriander for garnishing

Directions

  • Wash the chicken and pet dry.
  • In mixing bowl put all ingredients accept oil and mix well .
  • Marinate chicken in the hung curd mixture for 2 hrs in the refrigerator.
  • Grease the microproof rack with oil and place the marinated chicken on it and cook for 10 minutes at 180 digri.
  • Overturn again, brush with oil on the chicken pieces and cook for another 15 minutes or till tender.
  • Serve hot.
