Ingredients

  • 500 gram chicken

  • 1 cup hung curd

  • 2 spoon cournflour

  • 2 spoon oil

  • 1 spoon ginger paste

  • 1 spoon garlic paste

  • 1 spoon kasuri methi

  • 1/2 spoon cumin powder

  • 1 spoon coriander powder

  • 1 spoon red chilli powder

  • 1/2 spoon turmeric

  • 1/2 dry mango powder

  • 2 spoon tandoori masala

  • 1 spoon salt or as per taste

  • 1 spoon chopped coriander for garnishing

Directions

    Wash the chicken and pet dry.

  • 02

    In mixing bowl put all ingredients accept oil and mix well .

  • 03

    Marinate chicken in the hung curd mixture for 2 hrs in the refrigerator.

    Grease the microproof rack with oil and place the marinated chicken on it and cook for 10 minutes at 180 digri.

    Overturn again, brush with oil on the chicken pieces and cook for another 15 minutes or till tender.

    Serve hot.
