Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cup rawa


  • 1/2 cup curd


  • 1 tsp Ginger & chilli paste


  • 1/2 tsp ENO 1.5 cup water


  • For Tempering: 1 tbsp oil


  • 2-3 slit green chillies


  • 1/4 tsp mustard seeds


  • 1/4 tsp sesame seeds


  • 2 tbsp Coriander leaves

Directions

  • Make a batter with rawa, curd and water Add Salt and ginger paste Keep the batter aside for ten minutes.
  • Keep steamer ready Grease a microwave safe bowl
  • Add ENO in the batter just before putting it in the steamer for steaming
  • Steam the Dhokla for 10 min Do skewer test and check
  • Make tempering And pour over the Dhokla Enjoy with tea
