Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • For Crust, 3/4 cup All Purpose Flour


  • 1/8 tsp Salt


  • 1/4 cup chilled Butter


  • 2 tbsp ice cold Water


  • For filling, 1 tbsp Olive oil


  • 3 nicely chopped Garlic


  • 1/2 cup Spring Onion white part only


  • 1 cup sliced cheese sausage


  • 1 and 1/2 tsp soya sauce


  • 1 tbsp Red Chilli sauce


  • 1/2 tsp black Pepper powder


  • Salt or as according to taste


  • 1/2 tsp rosemary


  • 1/2 cup cheese cubes


  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese


  • 2 Eggs


  • 1 beaten Egg


  • 1 tsp black Sesame Seeds


  • 1 tsp Poppy Seeds

Directions

  • Take 3/4 cup all purpose flour in a deep mixing bowl, add salt, chilled butter
  • Mix butter till all nicely combine and make crumbles of flour
  • Now add vinegar, ice cold water and knead semi solid dough
  • Keep in fridge for 30 minutes to chill
  • Meanwhile prepare stuffing, heat olive oil and add nicely chopped garlic and spring, Onion white part , saute till soft
  • Now add sliced cheese sausages, soya sauce, red chilli sauce, black pepper powder and add salt according to taste
  • Now add rosemary, again stir for 1 minute and switch of gas
  • When cool down add 1/2 cup cheese cubes
  • Now take out dough and again knead
  • Devide the dough into 2 equal part and make slightly thick chapati
  • Spread chilli sauce on the base of chapati, leave 1 inch from sides
  • Now spread mozzarella cheese on the base, Fill the stuffing in the centre and fold the side over the stuffing
  • Grease the sides with beaten egg and sprinkle black sesame seeds and poppy seeds on side walls
  • Now bake in preheated oven at 180* to 190* for 20 minutes
  • After 20 minutes left out and pour 1-1 in each base
  • Again bake this for 10 minutes
  • When done left out now Cheese Sausages Gallery is ready to serve
