2 Cup Besan (Gram Flour) 1 Lemon 1 Cup Curd 1 pinch Turmeric 2 Tspn ENO/ Baking Soda 1 pinch Salt ( Optional) 1 tsp Oil 1/2-3/4 cup water Handful coriander leaves 2 tbsp grated coconut For tempering - 1 tsp Oil 1 pinch Asafoetida 3 Tspn Mustered Seeds 5-6 Curry leaves
In a bowl take baesan,salt, turmeric, lemon juice.
Now add curd and mix well.
Add little water taking care of consistency. Give a mix and make lumps free batter.
Now in a batter add baking soda/ENO, stirr continue in 1 direction for 2-3 minutes.
Now pour the batter in a greased tray.
Keep tray inside the oven on high temperature (100 degree) for 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes remove tray out , check with toothpick , it will come out clear so dhokla is cooked perfectly. Let it cool down.
In a plate unmold the dhokla. Cut into square shapes.
In a microwave safe bowl take 1 spoon oil and put in microwave 100 degree temperature for 1 minutes .
Now remove it out add asafoetida and mustard seeds in the bowl and again microwave it for 2 minutes on 100 degree temperature.
Now remove bowl out and add curry leaves in it.
Now pour this tempering on dhokla.
Garnish with coriander leaves and grates coconut.
Tasty, delicious Microwave Dhokla is ready to serve.
