  • For dough:- 150gm Maida

  • 75gm ghee (specially used for bakery item only, it's different from other ghee but easily available in market)

  • Salt 1/4teaspoon

  • Oil few spoons just for moyan 2-3 spoons only

  • For Stuffing:- Cream Bell Whipped Cream 1 small bowl

  • Juzt Jelly 9pcs (Flavours guava and Strawberry i used, u any use any flavour of this) plus some needed for decorating

    METHOD:- Mix maida,salt and oil together

  • 02

    Make a soft dough using water

  • 03

    Cover it with a dry cloth no need to wet the cloth

    Keep it for 5-10min aside

    Now make a sheet square and apply the ghee all over & then fold it in proper manner

    Firstly fold the first half

    Then turn the second half

    Then from top

    Then from downwards

    Repeat the steps, same 2 times more(from kneading till folding)

    Then cut the sides and make a proper rectangle shape

    From that rectangle, cut equal size strips, thick and long, rap on the outer edges of aluminium cream roll mould (sancha) in spiral shape

    Preheat the convention mode at 200degree for 10min when it beeps,open the door, place the tray inside and set 25 minutes

    Again when it beeps, open and check it, baked or not, if it seems little more to be baked, then turn the side and give 5-7 minutes more

    Take out and keep aside for sometime

    Know Whip the cream nicely, put chopped Juzt Jelly pc's in it

    When it's properly cooled, put Juzt Jelly whipping cream inside using butter paper cone sheet

    Yummilicious Juzt Jelly Cream Roll is ready to serve
