Ingredients

  • 2 boiled potatoes

  • 1/2 cup spinach puree

  • 1/2 cup fine flour

  • 1/2 cup wheat flour

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder

  • 1/2 tsp dried mango powder

  • 1/2 tsp garam masala

  • 1 fresh maize{(corn)

  • 12-15 toothpicks

  • 2 tbsp oil

  • 1 tbsp rice flour

  • 1 tsp chopped green chillies

  • 2 tbsp coriander leaves

    Mix fine flour ,wheat flour, salt and spinach puree to make a soft dough

  • 02

    Now mash the potatoes mix all the dried masalas coriander leaves and green chillies

    Make a big chapati of this spinach dough

  • 04

    Fill potato mixture and at the side and roll it

  • 05

    Cut it into pieces and press this cut roll

    Apply oil on this pieces and keep it aside

    Remove the grains from the maize and set them into the toothpicks

    Boil these corn sticks

    Take rice flour mix little bit salt and red chilli powder in it make batter with the help of little water

    Apply this batter onto the corn sticks

    Fix these sticks on the potato filled spinach rolls

  • 12

    Preheat the microwave oven at 180 degree Celsius

  • 13

    Now bake for 10 minutes and enjoy hot
