Ingredients

Serves : 8
  • Maida 2 cup


  • Oil 1 cup


  • Sugar 1/2 cup


  • Vanilla essence few drops 1-2 drops


  • Eggs 3


  • Strawberry crush 2 teaspoon


  • Mango crush 2 teaspoon


  • Baking powder 1teaspoon


  • Milk 1/4th cup


  • Almonds (6-7 pc's chopped)

Directions

  • Take mixer add eggs, beat well, to it add oil and sugar together, beat well again know add vanilla essence few drops, mix well
  • On the other side sieve maida, baking powder, both together
  • Put this in oil sugar beated mixture
  • Add milk slowly slowly and make the cake batter as of creamy consistency
  • Know divide the mixture in two parts, in one section add mango crush, another section strawberry crush
  • On the other side preheat oven convection mode at 150degree for 10minutes
  • In between while it's preheaing, take aluminium tin greece it with oil, sprinkle some maida & pour the mango crush batter first in it, then strawberry crush over it, put chopped almonds on top
  • When the microwave beeps place the tin inside and give 50min approximately at 150degree convection mode
  • When it beeps check out using toothpick, if it comes out clean, that means the cake is ready
  • Take out, serve warm with tea/coffee
