Ingredients

  • All purpose floor 2cup

  • 3/4cup luke. warm water

  • 1tsp dry yeast

  • 1tsp sugar

  • 1tsp oil

  • 2tsp milk

  • 1tsp salt

  • For topping-capsicum 1

  • Paneer 50g

  • Pitza topping 2tbsp

  • Tomato sauce 2tbsp

  • Mozrella cheese 4tbsp

  • Corn 2tbsp

    Take a bowl add all purpose floor,oil,salt

    Take another bowl add warm water ,milk,sugar,yeast leave it for 5 min

    After 5 min mix it with spoon

  • 04

    Now pour this mixture in all purpose floor mixture

    Make soft dough

    Keep aside for 50 min

    Cover with lid

    After fermantation punch the dough

    Make 2 or 3 base from dough

    Now with folk hole all pitzas

    Put it in baking tray

    Spread pizza topping then tomato sauce,and cheese

    Now add paneer cubes ,capsicum cubes and corn

    Finely spread grated cheese

    Bake it in microwave on 180℃for 10 min

    Ready to serve
