Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 2 nos eggs beaten


  • 1 nos onion chopped


  • 1 nos leftover roti


  • 1 tsp oregano


  • 1-2 tsp grated cheese


  • 1 tsp red chilly


  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

  • preheat oven on 350 degree f
  • Grease a plate and keepit aside.
  • Add onion and all other ingredients in the beaten egg and whisk it until it is frothy.
  • Add the egg mixture on the plate.
  • Add grated cheese and finaly plate the roti on top of it.
  • U can also add some butter or oil from the sides .
  • Bake it for 15-20 minutes and take the roti out.
  • Cut it into small pieces. Sprinkle some oregano and chilly flakes if you like.
  • Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
