Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • Butter: 1/2 Cup (At room temperature)


  • All Purpose Flour: 2 Cups


  • Ripe Bananas: 3 (Mashed)


  • Eggs: 2 (At room temperature)


  • Milk: 1⁄4 Cup  (At room temperature)


  • Walnuts: 1 Cup (Chopped)


  • Baking Soda: 1⁄2 Teaspoon


  • Vanilla Extract: 1 Teaspoon


  • Sugar: 1 1⁄4 Cups


  • Salt: 1⁄2 Teaspoon

Directions

  • Cream the Butter & Sugar for 2 minutes with the help of an Electric Hand Mixer.
  • Add Vanilla & Eggs one by one while whisking.
  • Combine the Dry ingredients.
  • Add alternately with Bananas & Milk.
  • Add the Walnuts.
  • Pour 3/4th into Muffin Pans lined with Cupcake Liners.
  • Add some Walnuts on top as well.
  • Bake the Muffins at 350 Degrees F for 20-25 minutes.
  • Use the old fashion test of a tooth pick. It should come out clean when inserted in the middle of the Muffin.
