1/4 cup fine semolina
1/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon mixed herbs
2 tablespoons thick curd
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons of shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons of frozen green peas, thawed
2 tablespoons of frozen corn, thawed
3-4 cherry tomato halves
1/8 teaspoon pizza seasoning
1-2 tablespoons of pizza sauce
1 teaspoon grated cheese to garnish the top
Directions
In a microwave safe bowl whisk together milk and curd
Add wheat flour, semolina and baking powder and mix well again
Add salt, pepper, mixed herbs, 2 tablespoons cheese and mix
Even the top and spread pizza sauce
