Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup whole wheat flour

  • 1/4 cup fine semolina

  • 1/4 cup milk

  • 1 teaspoon mixed herbs

  • 2 tablespoons thick curd

  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

  • 2 tablespoons of shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese

  • 2 tablespoons of frozen green peas, thawed

  • 2 tablespoons of frozen corn, thawed

  • 3-4 cherry tomato halves

  • 1/8 teaspoon pizza seasoning

  • 1-2 tablespoons of pizza sauce

  • 1 teaspoon grated cheese to garnish the top

Directions

    In a microwave safe bowl whisk together milk and curd

  • 02

    Add wheat flour, semolina and baking powder and mix well again

  • 03

    Add salt, pepper, mixed herbs, 2 tablespoons cheese and mix

  • 04

    Even the top and spread pizza sauce

  • 05

    Add the veggies. Sprinkle pizza seasoning

  • 06

    Sprinkle some grated cheese

  • 07

    Bake for 2 minutes on microwave mode on high
