In a microwave safe bowl add half cup water and macaroni, microwave for 1-2 minutes or until macaroni is 90% cooked. Strain out the excess water and keep the macaroni aside
In the same microwave bowl add in milk and rice flour and mix well. This step needed so the rice flour doesn't form lumps.
To this milk mixture also add the curds, herbs, grated cheese, salt & pepper and mix.
Add thawed green peas and corn to the mixture.
Now add macaroni and mix well. Even out the surface
Spinkle some cheese on top. Microwave on high for 2-3 minutes
