Ingredients

Serves : 1
  • 1/2 cup Macaroni


  • 1/2 cup milk


  • Rice flour 1/2 tablespoon


  • Thick curd 1/2 tablespoon


  • 2 tablespoon shredded mozzarella Mozzarella and cheddar cheese


  • 1/2 teaspoon salt


  • 1 teaspoon white pepper


  • 1/8 cup frozen green peas


  • 1/8 cup frozen corn


  • 1 teaspoon of mixed herbs

Directions

  • In a microwave safe bowl add half cup water and macaroni, microwave for 1-2 minutes or until macaroni is 90% cooked. Strain out the excess water and keep the macaroni aside
  • In the same microwave bowl add in milk and rice flour and mix well. This step needed so the rice flour doesn't form lumps.
  • To this milk mixture also add the curds, herbs, grated cheese, salt & pepper and mix.
  • Add thawed green peas and corn to the mixture.
  • Now add macaroni and mix well. Even out the surface
  • Spinkle some cheese on top. Microwave on high for 2-3 minutes
