  • 1/2 cup sabut moong


  • 1 teaspoon salt


  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder


  • 2 teaspoon coriander powder


  • 1 teaspoon chaat masala


  • 1 boiled potato


  • 2 teaspoon breadcrumbs


  • 1 pinch hing

Directions

  • wash n soak moong for 8 hours.
  • now drain water and tie in cotton cloth for next 8 hours.
  • sports will come out.
  • now grind it.
  • add boiled and messed potatoes and bread crumbs.
  • add and mix all spices to make smooth dough.
  • now make small balls and apply little oil over it by brush.
  • grease baking tray and bake balls at 180 degree for 20 minutes.
  • insert toothpick and serve hot with sauce.
