take a bun
with the help of a sharp knife hollow it from the top. be careful don’t puncture the bottom
break an egg in that hollow space created in the bun
place it in a microwave safe plate and keep inside for just 30 seconds
take it out and check. if you find that the yolk isn’t fully done keep it again for a few more seconds.
your egg bun will be ready in just one minute
sprinkle salt and pepper. garnish with spring onion greens or coriander leaves
