wash and pat dry bhindi with a clean kitchen towel
trim the ends and cut lengthwise in two parts
take oil in. a microwave safe bowl. add cumin seeds and turmeric powder in it. keep it in the microwave for 30 sec
now take out the bowl and keep bhindi in the bowl. sprinkle rest of the masalas over it and mix gently with a spoon.
keep the bowl in the microwave on micro high for 8 min
take it out and check. if its not done keep again for a minute but stir it with a spoon before placing it again in the microwave
hour bhindi masala would be ready in just 10 minutes. enjoy it with roti or parantha
