Ingredients
Serves 4
20 florets Broccoli
1 Boiled potato cut into cubes
1 onion slices
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
7 now cashew nuts
1 cup milk
Salt to test (2 tsp)
2 tsp Chat masala
1 teaspoon Garam Masala
1 number tomato chopped
1 tsp cumin seeds
2 numbers green chilli
1 tsp sugar
Directions
Blanch the broccoli for 3 minutes with 100% power in the microwave with little salt.
Heat the microwave bowl for one minute then add cumin seeds, onion chopped, chilli, tomato, ginger garlic paste then cook in 'Crisp mode' mode for 5 minutes then add turmeric powder, salt to taste, garam masala powder, sugar, chaat masala, blanched broccoli and boiled potato.
Then stir it ,add split peas ,again cook for additional 3 minutes.
In the interim stir it properly then add cashew coriander leaves paste in it. Then add half cup of milk, cover, and cook for 5 minutes.
Let it stand for 5 minutes. Serve it hot with rice or roti.
