Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Suji 1 cup

  • Oats Flour 1 cup

  • Curd 1 cup

  • Salt as per taste/1 1/2 tsp

  • Red Chilli powder 1tsp

  • Haldi 1/2tsp

  • Hing 1/2 tsp

  • Water As required or 1/2 cup

  • Chopped Carrot 1/2 cup

  • Peas 1/2 cup

  • Sweet Corn 1/2 cup

  • Ginger Garlic paste 1/2 tsp

  • Chopped corriander leaves 1/4 cup

  • Eno 2Tsp

  • Oil 1tbsp

  • White Sesame Seeds 2Tbsp

  • Mustard Seeds 1tsp

  • Curry Leaves 2 tbsp

Directions

    Grind oats in grinder to prepare oats flour.

    Mix oats and Suji with curd add salt,red chilli powder,haldi and make a batter.

    Add chopped corriander,ginger garlic paste,peas ,carrots and corns.

    Mix well.If the consistency of the batter is thick add little water to adjust the consistency.

    Rest the batter for 20 minutes.

    Preheat the oven at 190*c for 10 minutes .

    Grease the pan with oil and keep aside.

    Heat a pan with oil.

  • 09

    Add mustard,sesame seeds and curry leaves.

    Pour half the quantity of tadka to the prepared Suji oats mixture.

    Add eno to the Suji mixture and mix well.

  • 12

    Pour the batter to the greased pan .

    Spread leftover tadka on top of batter

  • 14

    Sprinkle some sesame seeds.

    Bake in oven for 30-35 minutes.

    For doneness do tooth-pick test.

  • 17

    Insert tooth -pick in handvo if it comes out clean,means handvo is properly cooked.
