Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • Suji 1 cup


  • Oats Flour 1 cup


  • Curd 1 cup


  • Salt as per taste/1 1/2 tsp


  • Red Chilli powder 1tsp


  • Haldi 1/2tsp


  • Hing 1/2 tsp


  • Water As required or 1/2 cup


  • Chopped Carrot 1/2 cup


  • Peas 1/2 cup


  • Sweet Corn 1/2 cup


  • Ginger Garlic paste 1/2 tsp


  • Chopped corriander leaves 1/4 cup


  • Eno 2Tsp


  • Oil 1tbsp


  • White Sesame Seeds 2Tbsp


  • Mustard Seeds 1tsp


  • Curry Leaves 2 tbsp

Directions

  • Grind oats in grinder to prepare oats flour.
  • Mix oats and Suji with curd add salt,red chilli powder,haldi and make a batter.
  • Add chopped corriander,ginger garlic paste,peas ,carrots and corns.
  • Mix well.If the consistency of the batter is thick add little water to adjust the consistency.
  • Rest the batter for 20 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven at 190*c for 10 minutes .
  • Grease the pan with oil and keep aside.
  • Heat a pan with oil.
  • Add mustard,sesame seeds and curry leaves.
  • Pour half the quantity of tadka to the prepared Suji oats mixture.
  • Add eno to the Suji mixture and mix well.
  • Pour the batter to the greased pan .
  • Spread leftover tadka on top of batter
  • Sprinkle some sesame seeds.
  • Bake in oven for 30-35 minutes.
  • For doneness do tooth-pick test.
  • Insert tooth -pick in handvo if it comes out clean,means handvo is properly cooked.
