  • Oil- 1tbsp

  • Jeera-1/2tsp

  • Green chilli-1 chopped

  • Onion-1chopped

  • Frozen corn-1/4cup

  • Frozen peas-1/4cup

  • Carrot chopped-1/4cup

  • Red chilli powder-1 tsp

  • Corriander powder-1tsp

  • White pepper powder-1/2 tsp

  • Roasted cumin powder-1/2tsp

  • Garlic powder-1tbsp

  • Bread crumbs-1/4cup

  • Corn flour-1/4cup

  • Potatoes-3 boiled,peeledand mashed

  • Flour-1/2cup

  • Bread crumbs-1cup

  • Crushed corn flakes-1cup


  • To the oil add need a,green chilli,chopped onion then cook for a min
  • Then to that add frozen peas,corn and carrot
  • After that add all the powder into that and mix well
  • Then add boiled potatoes and bread crumbs,mix it very well
  • Turn off the flame and ensure bread crumbs had mixed well .
  • Then take square plate with cling wrap and place it into that,and keep in the freezer for 10min to harden
  • Then cut into the slices and coat in bread crumbs
  • For batter mix corn and Maida along with water to get thin paste and dip the slice into paste and corn flakes
  • Then keep it aside .
  • After that bake for 20min in the oven.
