Preheat Oven to 350 F.
Beat Eggs and Keep Aside.
In a bowl,mix flour.sugar ,baking soda and salt together.
add on the beaten egg and pineapple puree to mix.
now add on vanilla essence ,oil and still thoroughly until combined.
Bake for 40-50 minutes or till a toothpick comes out clean.Let it cool for 10 min in a pan.
