Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 1 cups all purpose flour


  • 1/4 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp baking powder


  • 8 tbsp unsalted butter


  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon


  • 1 tsp lemon juice


  • 1/4 cups raisins


  • 1/4 cups dates


  • 1/4 cups cashews


  • 1 cups sugar

Directions

  • Heat the oven to 350F.
  • Beat the butter and sugar till light and fluffy.
  • Whisk together flour, baking powder and salt in a small bowl
  • Fold the cashews ,dates and raisins the rest of the dry fruits in it.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour. Reduce the oven temperature to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C) and continue to bake the cake for another 1 hour 30 minutes or until a long skewer inserted into the center of the cake comes out with just a few moist crumbs.
  • Enjoy
