First sift all purpose flour, baking powder and Baking soda together and keep this mixture aside.
Separate egg yolks from whites.
In large mixing bowl, beat together the ghee and powdered sugar until the mixture is creamy and fluffy.
Then add milk and whisk well.
Now add maida mix.
Beat egg whites till peaks are formed and fold this egg whites to the cake mix prepared. Add vanilla essence and mix well.
Fold this mixture with ghee cake batter in the large bowl.
Pre-heat oven of 200° C bake the cake for 35- 40 minutes. Take the cake from the oven.
While the cake is still hot pour ghee over the cake.
Cool it for sometime . Ghee cake is ready.
