Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 1 tsp baking powder


  • 1/4 tsp baking soda


  • 1/2 cups sugar powdered


  • 2 nos egg


  • 1/2 cups milk


  • 1/2 cups ghee


  • 1/2 tsp vanilla essence


  • 1 cups all purpose flour

Directions

  • First sift all purpose flour, baking powder and Baking soda together and keep this mixture aside.
  • Separate egg yolks from whites.
  • In large mixing bowl, beat together the ghee and powdered sugar until the mixture is creamy and fluffy.
  • Then add milk and whisk well.
  • Now add maida mix.
  • Beat egg whites till peaks are formed and fold this egg whites to the cake mix prepared. Add vanilla essence and mix well.
  • Fold this mixture with ghee cake batter in the large bowl.
  • Pre-heat oven of 200° C bake the cake for 35- 40 minutes. Take the cake from the oven.
  • While the cake is still hot pour ghee over the cake.
  • Cool it for sometime . Ghee cake is ready.
