Chicken 2 kg
Salt and pepper 1/2 tablespoon
White wine1/2 cup optional
Rosemary 1/2 teaspoon
Parsley 1/2 teaspoon
Olive oil 3 spoon
Rinse and pat dry chicken with towel.
Combine olive oil,butter, wine and lemon juice together, rubbing all over the chicken, under the skin and inside the cavity.
Season chicken outside and inside with salt, pepper and parsley.
Rub the minced garlic over the chicken and under the skin.
Stuff garlic head of chicken with rosemary.
Broil until golden and crispy! Bake almost 1 hour. It's ready.
