Ingredients

Serves 6

  • Dry Ingredients:- 1) Whole wheat flour - 1 Cup

  • 2) Baking powder - 1/2 tsp

  • 3) Baking soda - 1/4 tsp

  • 4) Salt - 1/4 tsp

  • 5) Cardamom Powder - 1/2 tsp

  • Wet Ingredients:- 1) Mango puree - 1/4 Cup

  • 2) Melted Butter - 3 Tbsp

  • 3) Sugar - 1/4 Cup

  • 4) Vanilla Essence- 1/4 tsp

  • Frosting:- 1) Whipped Cream 1 small bowl properly whipped

  • 2) Mango puree - 1 to 2 Tbsp (as per taste)

  • 3) Non-alcoholic Blue Curacao 1 tablespoon

  • Decoration:- JuztJelly Flavours soft chewy toffee's 6 for cup cakes and some for decoration (Strawberry and Guava i used)

Directions

    First add all the dry ingredients into a large mixing bowl and combine well.

    Similarly, add all the wet ingredients into another mixing bowl. Beat using a hand whisk or fork until combined well.

    Preheat the oven at 150 degree for 10 minutes.Transfer the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and fold gently until combined.

    Grease cup cake moulds and pour the batter into it about 3/4 full. Bake for about 25-30 mins, until the cupcakes are fully done. A toothpick inserted into the middle should come out clean. Remove from the oven and bring them to room temperature.

    Now for the frosting, whip the cream nicely , to it add Mango Puree and Blue Curacao Whisk until soft and fluffy.

    Fill in the piping bag, spoon the frosting on top of the cupcakes, place Juzt Jelly on each killer cup cakes and enjoy.
