Take a big heavy base deep big utensil and only two tablespoons butter
Strain all the water from grated onion
Add cumin seeds ginger garlic green chilli
Roast them and add strained grated onions
Roast them until it spreads oil
Now add all the spices together
Mix well and other side wash the eggplant and cut into four pieces
Leave the stem to hold every single eggplant
Add them into onion mixture and do not cover the utensil
Stay at low flame and cook until eggplant looks softened mix with onion masala
After 10 to 12 minutes delicious eggplant are ready
