Take a bowl add 1 tbsp butter, tomato ketchup, red chilli sauce and cheese spread and mix well.
Heat butter in a pan add onion and cook for 1min.
Add capsicum, tomatoes, corns and carrots and mix well. Cook for 3-4minutes.
Add paneer and mix well.
Add salt, pepper powder, oregano, chilli flakes and garlic powder and mix well.
Off the flame and cool to room temperature.
Add coriander leaves and cheese spread/grated cheese. Mix well.
For preparing the heart discs take some white bread slices and cut them with a sharp edged heart shaped cutter.
Cut smaller heart shaped rings out of the bread slices so that each bread slice can be used as a base with a ring on top.
Finely spread butter spread on the bread slices taking care of the edges so that the rings stick to the slice properly.
In the centre of the ring add the paneer filling till the level of the bread. Spread oil on the top of the discs.
Place all the heart discs in a tray and place them in a preheated oven at 180°c for about 5-7 miniutes until the discs are golden brown in colour.
Cheesy Veg Bread Heart Discs are ready to serve.
