Serves 4

  • 1 3/4th cup maida

  • 1tsp salt

  • 1tbsp olive oil

  • 1 1/4 th cup warm milk

  • 1tsp sugar

  • 1tsp yeast

  • 1/4 th cup olive oil

  • 2 tbsp mixed herbs

  • 1/4 th cup chopped pudina leaves

    Mix sugar and yeast to warmmilk, sprinkle 1tsp maida, cover it and keep aside in warm place till you can see bubbles over it.

    Now mix maida with 1tbsp olive oil, make a soft dough using yeast milk and punch it for 5 min, add dry maida and make it little tight dough just like poori dough.

    Now flatten it to the shape of bread mould and cover it with a moist cloth and let it rest for 1 hour or till it doubles its size.

    Mix 1/4 th cup olive oil with mixed herbs and pudina leaves.

    Dip your finger in the oil and punch the dough as shown in the pic.

    Now top the bread with this mixture of oil and herbs.

    Bake for 15-20 min at 200° or till it gets brown.
