Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 3/4th cup maida


  • 1tsp salt


  • 1tbsp olive oil


  • 1 1/4 th cup warm milk


  • 1tsp sugar


  • 1tsp yeast


  • 1/4 th cup olive oil


  • 2 tbsp mixed herbs


  • 1/4 th cup chopped pudina leaves

Directions

  • Mix sugar and yeast to warmmilk, sprinkle 1tsp maida, cover it and keep aside in warm place till you can see bubbles over it.
  • Now mix maida with 1tbsp olive oil, make a soft dough using yeast milk and punch it for 5 min, add dry maida and make it little tight dough just like poori dough.
  • Now flatten it to the shape of bread mould and cover it with a moist cloth and let it rest for 1 hour or till it doubles its size.
  • Mix 1/4 th cup olive oil with mixed herbs and pudina leaves.
  • Dip your finger in the oil and punch the dough as shown in the pic.
  • Now top the bread with this mixture of oil and herbs.
  • Bake for 15-20 min at 200° or till it gets brown.
