Mix yeast and 1tsp sugar to warm milk, sprinkle 1tsp all purpose flour and keep aside for 10 min or till the time you can see bubbles over it.
Add powder sugar, maida and salt, add butter and make a soft dough using yeast milk after it risens.
Initially make a very soft dough then add dry flour and make it tight dough.
Cover the dough with a moist cloth and keep aside for half hour
After half hour punch the dough and flatten it into a 1/2 inch roti and cut using donut cookie cutter.
Keep them aside for 15 mins in the baking tray and bake them in the same tray for 15 min in preheated oven at 200°.
Put donuts in melted chocolate and top with your favourite sprinklers or white chocolate.
