  • 1/2 cup hot garlic sauce

  • 1 cup cooked chicken (chopped)

  • 1cup finely shredded mozzarella

  • 1cup chopped onions

  • 1cup chopped yellow belpepper

  • 1cup chopped capsicum

  • 1cup chopped red belpepper

  • 1tbsp origano

  • 2 cups shredded cauliflower

  • 1 large egg

  • 1/4 cup finely shredded mozzarella

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • 1tsp black pepper

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 2 teaspoons olive oil


  • For the crust: Preheat oven to 450°F. Place shredded cauliflower in a large microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 8 minutes.
  • After that squeez the cauliflour, all the excess moisture out.
  • Add egg, mozzarella, garlic, and salt to the cauliflower, stirring to combine. Pat the mixture into a 12-inch round on prepared pan. Brush with olive oil.
  • Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until golden. Remove crust from oven.
  • For the toppings: In a non stick pan heat oil, add onion, belpepper, capcicum and saute it for 2/3minutes. After that add chicken and saute for 2minutes.
  • Spread sauce over pizza crust. Arrange the chicken topping over crust. Sprinkle with cheese and origano.
  • Broil for 3 to 4 minutes, until cheese is melted. Cut into slices and serve hot.
